Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during the project
A deposit may be required before work begins
Completion times are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity
You will be notified of any significant changes before work continues.
5. Workshops & Classes
By registering for a workshop:
Your spot is reserved only after payment
Cancellations made by you may be refunded or credited according to our cancellation policy no sooner than 3 weeks in advance of the start date of the workshop
If we must cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date
Participants are expected to follow safety instructions and respect the studio environment.
6. Shipping & Delivery
If applicable:
Shipping times are estimates and may vary
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses
Lost or damaged items must be reported promptly
Local pickup policies may also apply if offered.
7. Refunds & Returns
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our work:
Custom orders, repairs, and workshops are generally non-refundable
Non-custom items may be eligible for returns within a specified period if unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase
