5. Workshops & Classes

By registering for a workshop:

• Your spot is reserved only after payment

• Cancellations made by you may be refunded or credited according to our cancellation policy no sooner than 3 weeks in advance of the start date of the workshop

• If we must cancel a workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date

Participants are expected to follow safety instructions and respect the studio environment.

6. Shipping & Delivery

If applicable:

• Shipping times are estimates and may vary

• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect addresses

• Lost or damaged items must be reported promptly

Local pickup policies may also apply if offered.

7. Refunds & Returns

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our work:

• Custom orders, repairs, and workshops are generally non-refundable

• Non-custom items may be eligible for returns within a specified period if unused and in original condition within 30 days of purchase
