Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Fox Allen Bindery LLC handles shipping, delivery, and pickup for our handmade and custom bookbinding and marbled paper products and services.
1. Shipping Methods
We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on size, weight, and destination.
Local delivery may be available by prior arrangement.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided in your custom estimate.
2. Shipping Timeframes
Ready-Made Items: Typically ship within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom Orders & Repairs: Shipping occurs after work is completed and full payment is received. Timeframes vary depending on project complexity and materials.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout for online purchases or provided in your estimate for custom work.
4. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses.
Fox Allen Bindery LLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but the Studio is not responsible for carrier mishaps beyond our control.
For valuable or fragile items, we may recommend shipping insurance (customer’s expense).
6. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for orders, repairs, or workshop materials.
Pickup is by appointment only at Fox Allen Bindery in Belchertown, MA.
Items not picked up within 90 days of completion may be considered abandoned unless other arrangements are made.
7. International Shipping
International shipping is available; rates and delivery times vary.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
