Photography and Media Policy

Fox Allen Bindery LLC occasionally takes photographs and videos during workshops and events for promotional, educational, or social media purposes. This policy outlines how media is collected, used, and participants’ rights regarding photography.

1. Use of Photographs and Videos

• Media captured in the studio may be used in marketing materials, including:

  • Social media posts

  • Website galleries or portfolios

  • Print materials (flyers, brochures)

  • Educational or instructional resources

• Participants’ names will not be disclosed publicly without explicit consent

2. Consent

• By attending a workshop, participants grant Fox Allen Bindery LLC permission to use photographs or videos that include their image or work, unless they explicitly opt out

• Participants may decline photography in advance or at the beginning of a session

3. Third-Party Sharing

• Fox Allen Bindery LLC does not sell or provide participant images to third parties for commercial purposes

• Media may be shared with collaborators, instructors, or event partners only for the purpose of promoting the Studio or documenting workshops

4. Participant Rights

• Participants may request that specific images of themselves or their work not be used
